i read that it isnt true that your hair gets immune to products, but i totally agree with you when i try a ne shampoo it is like amazing for the first week then it goes back to regular

FYI thats just a myth that hair gets 'immune' to shampoo. For example, Does skin become 'immune' to moisturiser because you use the same one all the time? No, its just gets moisturised :) Lots of ppl believe that myth.

Not true, as I work for Aveda salons. It is a fact that after time using the same products for a prolonged period will eventually stop the effect it once had when first used. Anything you do in excess causes you to hit a plateau. When you do the same workouts at the gym for example everyday, not changing a thing, you eventually hit a plateau and stop seeing the results you once did when you first started, which is why trainers suggest you switch your routine to see different results

Hi, I complelely agree with you about hitting a plateau when working out, but the same is not true for hair. Has anything been published to prove this "fact"? No. Im afraid working for Aveda salons doesnt stop you from being misinformed.

I bought some extensions pre made and pre cut but they are too long so i cut then i cut them right but the only thing is, is that my hair is feathered and the extensions are not, can you do a video on putting layers in/feathering the hair extensions

im gonna make my own as well cus you dont seem to get enough in a pack of ready-made clip in ones. your hair is exactly the same colour as mine (ish) im gettting my 2nd set of extensions next week. (i got rid of my first ones )because i only got 1 pack of ready done clip ins and there werent enough and they looked stupid. cant wait to have lond hair! x x

I have really long hair and i wash it the same way!

Shampoo on top--conditioner on bottom, lol. I also use Garnier Fructis Sleek n Shine as a leave in. It works really good and makes my hair easier to comb through and gives it a nice shine! :)

I agree the hair get used to a shampoo and then it doesnt work as well.. so you can also wash your hair with "purify shampoo" to get all silicon off of your hair.. I use Pantene Purify shampoo

and it works!! Today I boght my natural hair extensions and the clips but I dont know with what material I should sew it..?

your makeup looks trippy! you need to do a tutorial on it :) you are so right about it being hard to find long clip-in human hair extensions. my hair is about the same length as yours but its thinner so i've always really wanted to get extensions to make my hair thicker but i have no clue how to sew the clips to the wefts or w/e you have to do, do u have any ideas for what i should do?

Yea, But just the split ends and only once in a while, then once they get short, you might want to get a new pair, but so that you dont have to cut them, just take really good care of them=]

training your hair just means that if you want a part or if you want a middle part or bangs, your hairs not gonna stay completely flat the first time you change your hair style, so if you just keep it in the new style for a while then your hair will start to get use to the part its in and fall more flat, if that makes sense.
