You can still launch vehicles :) You need to place six C4 > suicide > six mines and then drive car over them and so on. i've tested with 2 guys doing this and it flys pretty well.

@jermujorma It works if you can get a full server but as a single individual you cannot anymore  but I see that working just not as great. Don't think you can launch a tank super far :P
