If you go to the blond girl sitting alone at a table and you write "kiss girl" a couple of times (which she'll reply that her boyfriend is going to be mad when he'll learn this) and try to sit down on the empty chair... maybe?, her boyfriend will come up and falcon punch you in the face. GAME OVER! :)
@nsssj There is no loss linked to that. The only thing that happens is that you can't read the microfilm but the game can be won without that if you already know your orders.
Is that Ken Williams serving drinks in one part?

Did you record the death (assuming it results in the player's death) when you load a save-game too many times during the card game?

@Expack3 It doesn't lead to a loss. Technically it leads to a dead end but there's no loss message for it so I didn't add it.
