@HFPBASSIST Go slowly with the tuning process. If you haven't already broken the string up at the nut or down at the peg you need to stretch the strings sometimes. I tune up a little, than wait, maybe go back down, than tune back up to stretch them. Take it easy make sure your not braking your strings. Otherwise if you have two guitars set one up to use for Open G and Drop D tuning. That way you can just grab that guitar when you want to play a specific song. Good Luck!

I have a questio my guitar sound really strange when i tune it in open G, because the G Low string is so lazy what can I do?
