The positive wave emits the other side of the wave "Only" when the proper choke core is at use. The Negative part can be seen without any choke. It is tap water, as you see it in the video. Very interesting, I have been wanting to try this. Meyers said it could be built by anyone in their garage. I imagined he used an auto coil as the primary voltage intensifier. Maybe two, run in parallel.
