3) yes, it is :D you can see the letter clearly (: but if you are texting with the WHITE corby in the morning, you're out and it's really sunny, you can't see the letters clearly (:

The problem with google map is that you need an internet connection (compared to the normal GPS-satalite connection) while using it. Which yields an ugly bill really fast (without subscription). Also, you don't get your own location pinpointed.

Love this phone, have had it for a few days and love the way it works but was frustrated when i couldn't get the texting to be over then 70 characters until i found out i had to change the Character support from unicode to GSM alphabet. Hope this helps some people that had the same trouble cause i sure had a problem with it

@patelx1 No, definitely not. The keyboard is well built and very sturdy in hand. The keys are soft and do not have a hard click have a soft touch to it so you can slide your fingers across to click other buttons without mistaking, the keys are also spaced out pretty well and large enough to have a smooth texting time

GREAT PHONE BTW! There aren't much apps for it, but I can't complain - it has wifi, 3g (i dont have 3g cuz u have to pay for it), and a nice interface. I had a problem with the interface at first because it is ever-so-slightly laggy, and it isn't one-to-one handling (like the iphone which follows your finger very well, pixel for pixel). BUT, the more I use this phone the more i'm liking it. Easy to text, easy touch screen (after a while), nice menus, etc. It just needs more apps!

Yes, there are SPACES between characters when texting, but you can easily fix that by going to teh options. From there, switch the format or whatever from "unicode" to the other option. I have NO IDEA why that option was set as default in the first place, but it shouldn't bother most ppl. It bothered me cuz I take BC transit (busses in vancouver BC Canada) and I need to text the bus schedule (which doesn't process my text input because of the spaces)

my only problem is i don't understand why after 70 characters it automatically has to be sent into two messages. and then it doesn't actually send it two messages. i asked my friend. i don't understand how to undo this so it sends in two messages for real & def. not after 70 characters...

+ it makes a space in between every single word... so that's pretty bad.

Better GPS Performance

1) MENU > SETTINGS > PHONE SETTINGS

2) GPS+ SETTINGS

3) Click on the ON icon rigth below AUTO DOWNLOAD.

The phone will download GPS+ data in the background, only twice per week, and it will always enjoy enhanced GPS performance.

You can always revert the AUTO DOWNLOAD setup to OFF if you are not happy with it but you probably wont, as you will surely appreciate
