@WecanWinJesse - ground pork makes ground beef more soft & less shrinkage when cooked. if you ever made home made hamburgers, you noticed that your patty shrunk. im not saying to make a beef/pork burger, but for meatloaf, this combo is almost a necessity... yummy...
