@madkast09 The robots are completely autonomous, there is no remote control allowed whatsoever. They may communicate with each other over WiFi though, to negotiate their roles (who gets to become striker or supporter for example) and to exchange world model information (their estimates about their own and the ball's position for example).

@h0lyRS No, the robots are only allowed to use their own onboard cameras. They also have to process the data coming from their camera onboard.

Yes the robots are all autonomous, driven by artificial intelligence. They also have the capability to self localize themselves with the playing field. Whenever comes to kick start of a game, the robots will walk to their designated starting position without any human assistance.

Man those damn Darmstadt players had an amazing goalie and super accurate long distance shots!

Team FUmanoids even had to change their goalie... he sucks big time btw.

FUmanoids goal starts here @2:46 with an amazing stop by the Darmstadt keeper, only to be followed by a great play in which they race to the ball and score!

You can also watch a perfect dribble á la CR7 @7:07 only to be stopped by of course a non-given fault (which I think it was a free kick and a yellow card!)
