I don't think the blonde chick at the end is real, I think he is dreaming her up. That is why he keeps saying stuff like, "I missed you" "She is not you"....I mean he did just admit to going crazy!
well, I don't think he's crazy per se but maybe he's just missing the woman of his life who passed away? Like, he tries to convince himself that he can no longer love by imagining her. I don't call that crazy, more like denial.
