  • my trucks exhaust is cut off at the y pipe right now. i wish i could take it on the street like that but its just a little loud. time for glasspacks with turndowns for me :)

  • i want to do that to my 88 chevy, but i didnt now if it would crackle to much. and it sounds like it doesnt. i might do that if it doesnt crackle

  • thats a good way ta tear it up good buddy

  • look at that 350 rock!!! WOO!!

  • thats not a Chevy its a GMC Smart ass.

  • @11MODZ same fuckin thing

  • @11MODZ oh you so funny, trollin.

  • @11MODZ Lmao, shut the hell up guy.

  • I think thats one of the best sounding trucks EVER!!!!!

  • you guys should hear my 87 vette i just got headers going to about 6 inches of pipe and thats it for now that thing sounds awesome great for annoying the folks on the block :)

  • better swap in a ford engine it'll sound growlier

  • how did u attach your pipes from the 2 that came from the muffler?

  • Isnt a 98 the vortec moter i got a 98 gmc with the vortec in it.

  • I have a automatic '98 5.7 V8 that gets 20mpg. Its really easy, Take the cover off the filter box and get a high flow filter, Like K&N. Makes a world of difference,

  • i have the same truck

  • I've got a full size 93' Blazer sport with the TBI 350 all stock n mu cat n muffler are still on it but everything is broke off from behind the muffler on n when u turn the air cleaner lid over it sounds like a fuckin beast!!!

  • No one believes me when I tell them that I get 14.5 mpg running a/c on my 93 chevy 3/4 ton with the 350 in it but I do.

  • what's that have for gears?

  • I have 4:11 gears how I get the gas milage i do is still a mystery but hey i aint complaining!

  • @deving68 Not too supprising, my friends 383 gets 16-18 and my 350 gets about 13

  • @deving68 yeah man i get 14 all the time

  • mine sounds like tht but with a deeper tone. for no exhaust they sound sick

  • 16mpg lol yea right, lucky if u get 10-12

  • The automatic gets from 13 to 17. Just depends on the truck. I've got a '95 with a 350 and get about 13.5 my uncle gets about 18 and he's got manual. Cousin gets about the same as my uncle. All within 3 years of each other. All 350's.

  • depends on truck, how u drive, climate, what kind of fuel, gears, then if it's new enough which motor u got

  • i would truly have sex with your non existent tail pipes

  • 16 mpg about Wat i average stock everything on my silverado even exhaust is stock super quiet and gay i think im gonna cut everything off

  • twoblue from FSC

  • I think i just found Big-Kenny from fsc :D

  • Sure did :)

  • how bad is gas mileage for a 1500?

  • i get about 400 km's per tank....26 gallon tank

  • what about mpg

  • i usually average around 16mpg, thats with a 4" lift, 33" tires and stock 3.42 gears.

  • Wow, I have the same truck with no lift, stock tires, and only did a little exhaust work. But, I only get about 14mpg. My mileage is terrible!

  • @kmartin69 4 inch lift with 33s do the tires fill up the wheel wells nicely or leave big gaps? and any rubbing?

  • @Dansz71sierra I have a 90' chevy with 4" lift (2"susp, and 2" body) and 305/70/16 and i dont rub, it looks nice how they fill up your wheel wells though.

  • @kylekrauskopf Mne is a 1990 C1500 Stepside w/ a 350 tbi. I get about 11mpg average.

  • @kmartin69 that is terrible mileage, I hope you mean 400 miles?

  • @kylekrauskopf not to bad i do about 70miles at 60mph with a 285/12.5 mud tire with about 1 half of a tank

  • @kylekrauskopf i get anywhere from 12-14 city depending on how i drove it and 16 highway. in four wheel high it gets 9. thats a 97 K1500 350 Vortec.

  • @kylekrauskopf I had a 1990 4X4 with the 350 engine, 4 speed tranny and it got about 17 MPG with stock tires. I miss it. My 2001 2500HD with the 496 only gets me about 10 MPG!!!

  • LOL sounds just like my caprice does...Exhaust got ripped off on railroad tracks

  • Check my other videos...that was when i was installing my new system.

  • uhh not if i still have the Manifolds, and the Y-pipe still on it, as i did in the vid.

  • did u still have the cat on it.?

  • No i didnt.

  • i have a 1989 chevy k1500 with the TBI 350 and i did the same thing because i replaced the entire exhaust and it was loud when i had the y-pipe still on there i cant imagine what it would sound like without it

  • Dude it is insanely loud, I have a video too of open headers (on my 1995 Chevy K1500 tbi 350), I'm pretty sure this guy still has the stock manifold from how it sounds.

  • Yes i still had the Stock manifolds and the y-pipe

  • Yeah, I could tell it sounded a lot different then mine did
