How can you confuse the worlds enemy with Vengeance on the world

@Yuuichiize I dunno. But that's the translation officially, but yes. Sephiroth did become the World's Enemy and he did promise vengeance of some sort. This track's title would be better if it read Vengeance Upon the World, no?
