  • One of the guys driving was riding with his friend on the back this winter they went down his friend died now he is in jail

  • I think this video is fake. If you hit a peace of ice floating by its sellf. I'm sure it would move break and or sink.

  • see, MN is where it's at.

  • This is absolutely incredible. Snowmobiled all of my life and have NEVER seen anything like this. Great tune as well. You boys have some serious guts.

  • where in mn was this at??

  • Very nice job. Want to mix it up? You guys pulling me on my racing water ski.

  • the water on that lake is PERFECT for skipping

  • Looks fun as hell!

  • @ jollyblahblahblah. Ice thawes in april. And they are fools for doing that

  • Gets my vote for best waterskipping video on YouTube

  • whats with all of this april fools stuff?

  • U go as fast as u can or else ull sink

  • my dad is in this video! We have a cabin in northern minnesota (whitefish chain)

  • @MrThatsYe Were you flying the chopper??

  • @55Snakes nope that was his friend

  • Sick shit

  • PURE POLARIS

  • you fuck them up doing that because dont you have to run them and fast as they will go

  • could a Yamaha 700 triple go across water ?

  • @D33HoRbZ depends on how fast ur going when u hit the water.

  • i have a 2004 rmk 800 144" and i do an easy 1km without slowing down. i hit the water doing 60km and then keep an even speed

  • finally cool tune

  • I just wanna SLAP you for saying needed lots of speed on lake or think its sea doo. Finish the damn school Kids. only need 60 plus mph because its stable and easy on rpm (remember this is triple. Not lightweight 440 only needed 25 plus mph.)

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

  • Webber,Frank And them good old midland bay.!

  • some on email this to my dad a few years ago

  • haha i have this same sled but iv never gone this far over water with it only about 100 feet

  • how fast do you have to be going to do this?

  • @vaporX60man 150km+ i had to go on my polaris 680 136hp sled i was doing about 180kms on my sled when i hit the water and went about 70-100feet across the water

  • this is soooo sick

  • why is there a helecopter following them?

  • @joly490 they are all polaris snowmoblies in the video

  • @indykidify1 i wish i could give you 10000000000000 thumbs up

  • only polaris can do that

  • holy shit thts f*cking awesome im suprized the belt never snaped traveling tht far on water other then tht great vid and too those tht think arctic crap is better then ski-doo or polaris your fucking funny arctic cat sucks i own a 2009 f8 i never use it cause i hate it soo much id rather my polaris iq way better then arctic crap i hate ski-doo as well but it beats arctic crap.

  • gotta love those tripples

  • olneymaryland77

    1. Artic cat suck

    2. They blow more belts then any sled i know of

    3. Cats dont like water

    4. Buy a polaris or a ski-doo

  • @XCR600MAN We all have our own opinions, and id go cat all the way :) plus there is no substance to your argument. .

  • god thats so funking cool, but at the same time, that would scare me shitless. .wouldnt want to lose a nice new sled!

  • @olneymaryland77

All it takes is a belt to go snap!

  • so AWESOME

  • These guys are from Northern Ontario, Canada. Weber did this vid and hired the helicopter to film them and was sponsored by Red Bull. I know these guys personally.

  • @frankdusome it was in the northwest angle in mn because polaris borrowed them the sleds

  • port mcnicoll bitches muhahaha

  • This is amazing!

  • i love it polaris all the way bitches!!!!!!!

  • What a nice vid! We skip at Dorset each year and only lost one sled so far!

  • @indykidify1 it dont think it matters about the label on it

  • By far one of the best open water vidz I have ever watched.

  • wow, ive always thought there were only 2 sleds in this video and ive seen this video a thousand times.

  • what is the name of this song?

  • the guy who did this film's name is Robbie Webber. my brother is good friends with him. this wasnt filmed in the states, it was filmed on georgian bay, ontario. it was filmed with Robbies heli.

  • MINNESOTA REPRESENT!!!!

  • thats sketchy as hell!

  • oh crap, i was thinking... is it hard to turn ?? if its possible at all ?? lol

  • Yes it is very easy to turn where are you from anyways cause if u were from newfoundland u would know alot about this!

  • @lobster000lover haha lol newfoundland is newly found to me xD nevr heard of that, so i don't prolly stay there haha.

    tke cr.e

    pce out bro

  • This ain't fake. Snowmobiles can hydroplane for a long period of time as long as the rider keeps a steady throttle and doesn't make sharp turns.

  • you can still keep going easily even if u turn !!! U must not be from newfoundland!

  • It's not fake you dumb ass. They did the water skip in APRIL and they are FOOLS for doing it because you can potentially drown and it is against the law. Still cool as hell!!!

  • IT IS NOT AGAINST THE LAW! DUMBASS

  • I love water skipping

  • @Chaz4155 mee too

  • why does it say april fools?

  • this is awesome . there is nothing like this in oregon. You rule this is the best video of it's kind.

  • AWESOME WAKES MAN!!

  • glass smooth.beatifull.Hard to tell speed,i'd guess 50mph.I bet some sleds could hit 80+ on water....I wonder.I used to skip my 340 as a kid, never over 40mph or so.cool vid.

  • Unbelieveable! These guys are way cool. A lot of us have done things that we think are Nuckin' Futs, but they actually tipped the scale. Please help me live that long to do something that is "top" like that!

  • very nice,how fast!!!!!!!

  • Yea I think the record is more then 7miles because with my zr 900 sno pro ive done about 7 miles or more across Lake Of The Woods.

  • the world recored is like 7 miles

    bet ur close

  • Uhhhh, maybe do a search. I think the record is more like 50 miles up the Mississippi. Pretty sure it was more than 7 miles. Plus, this video is over 3:40 long, and edited. They very well could have done over 7 miles within this video.

  • actually the record is around 105 miles. i believe its somewhere in Europe. and the 2nd highest is on the rainy river and it was around 78 miles...

  • Can you Say POLARIS XCR 800!!!

Skip Forever especially in the Holy Waters!!!

  • Thats pretty sick. But its only all fun and games untill a belt breaks or gets wet.
