It simply does not work for me.
They could have used old photos, old video clips or something.
This dancer girl is sweet but she does not have the charisma, star quality,
or "wow" factor needed to carry or be the lead in a video like this.

The video closely follows the storyline that was written in the lyrics by Michael himself. Listen as Michael sings, the video follows the lyrics exactly.
