There are a couple of pretty similar mixes of that titanic theme I think, but I am sure the one in the vid are by Mythos and Dj Cosmo, released in 1999.

I don't think Tiësto has made a remix of the titanic theme, perhaps it's included in one of his mixes, but keep in mind that a lot of people just put Tiësto as artist when they don't know the real artist, in order to get views etc:)
