  • need spesifications from sync to joule thief and thermal electro modual for school experiment would you care to share plzz ?

  • @brandenwolmarans The peltier module is TEC-12706 , joule thief from an emergency phone charger.

Full details are on my site in the description box.

  • did you make your Joule Theif or buy it? It looks nice and compact.

  • @nixego I bought it. It's from one of those emergency phone chargers.

  • wHAT IS THE MAX TEMP THEY CAN TAKE???

  • @josephdupont Abou 130c I think.

  • where did you get the teg ? I tried to buy some a woodstove teg generator from those thieves at tegpower dot com but they only processed the credit card and took the money. in nearly a year they haven't shipped - however they have lied to me in about 3 or 4 e-mails and said they are going to ship within a week or so.

  • @ff29sask I got mine off ebay TEC-12706 will cost about £3 . Bear in mind these modules are relatively low temperature though! They are only rated to 130c. They'll probably melt on a wood stove.

    Hope this helps,

  • how do you power LEDs with .6 volts?

  • @w3bguru The joule thief steps the voltage up to 3 to 5 volts :)

  • JOULE THIEF HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHA ...

  • What could you do with an upside down pyramid that has a wave pool on top (teeter tottering wave pool like) could you use it to make energy ? It is up for grabs by I. Good luck to you.

  • Thumbs up with a 'Like'! Cool!

This is my kind of experiment!

It's a pleasure to see a technology used in a way not typically seen.
