actually linux tan does exist,as far as i've seen theres two versions,one is in a GNOME dress with a spear and a gear helmet and light blue hair,the othe is in a sort of suit with purple hair.If you take the first link in related videoes Linux Tan is the 2nd girl to the left at 0:44

Unfortunately, M$ would sue the creators out of house and home if they created an anime illegally, or would charge them an arm and a leg for licensing (assuming M$ would agree to license the use of its OS trademarks and copyrights at all) so they could create the anime legally.
