Vulcan is better modded...with battery mod your average adult can carry with no problem, it jams less than unmodded (due to increased feeding strength), more plastic can be removed off the vulcan than the stampede, and belts can be modified to use up to 75 darts (while still being practical).

I think they were bias towards the Vulcan I have one and it never Jams on me, it's true it is lighter but the Vulcan hurts more and is quieter. Vulcan is on tops for every thing but as strategy goes its best to keep a Vulcan at it base and take the stampede by foot

Ps. You can put the handle and the shield from the stampede on other nerf guns including the vulcan
