At the right frequency, radio waves can heat up things, manipulate the brain, and many others. At the right frequency powerful radio waves can break and shatter stone. So if they used haarp to emit the most powerful radio waves known into the earth, it could cause earthquakes. do some research on radio waves, and u will understand

Build a miniature city, with a few rocks. use an stereo, and it will produce small to large earthquakes. Remember that your stereo uses maximal 30 watt, HAARP uses billions. And bounces in the stratosphere. However, IF Haarp can do this already, is unsure. But it is surely, theorethical possible.

A severe global economic (etc) crises to the point of utter desperation (like in Germany just prior to the rise of A. Hitler) is first needed to be done b/4 the rising of the NWO (out of the ashes of the "old world order"). The Japanese disaster is a very convenient "disaster cog" in the chain of world disaster events. It is very likely, more woes to come (inclusive of the European economic mess, riots in major world cities, wars in the Mid-East etc) are all well planned & up to date schedule.

I may be wrong! but the perfect timing of the Japan Earthquake that seamlessly blend into their aims of their (secret elites') global economic meltdowns shows more than likely that they may be involved in the disaster. These are the same stupendously evil entities that were behind the 1986 Ukraine Chernobyl nuclear disaster which lead to disastrous destruction of lives property & inconveniences. It's very possible that a combination of spirit & human/physical technology may had been involved.

However, due to the timing of the Earthquake events in Japan (being used as an opportunity to sabotage Japan's nuclear energy systems, in order to crash their economy as an installment to their global economic crashing plans), it is very likely that these demonic secret elites might had summoned countless powerful demons (using the blood of the victims who die in wars they created to open spirit-physical doorways), in addition to possibly many secret nuclear explosions that caused the tsunamis.

I do not think that HAARP's power is enough to cause Earthquakes or significant environmental disasters. A typical thunder cloud has about 10,000 times the voltage & power of HAARP. A Cloud-Earth lightning bolt with a temperature of about 30,000 Amps & voltage difference of 10*15 volts (much higher than HAARP), never cause any Earth tremors (whether or not it's at the general Earth's frequency). Thousands of lightning bolts strike in a typical thunder storm with little or no ill effects.
