It's hard to find good Host Club AMVs, because the show's so popular, so there's a lot of crappy ones. This one is awesome! I love Tamaki AMVs! Laughing my guts out!

This amv is great!I love it!Its one of my top fav amvs as well as one of my fav Ouran High School Host Club amvs.I first saw this amv at the anime con Another Anime Convention *AAC for short* which is hosted in New Hampshire where the amv won Best Comedy and I've been a fan of this amv ever since.

I'm a big fan of Ouran High School Host Club.I got into cause my bff kept talking about it to me as well as showning me some amvs that had the show in it.I got intrested enough to watch the subtitled episodes on YouTube.I can't wait for the dub to come some time this year *Funimation got the dub rights* and I can't wait to see any other OHSHC amvs you make.I think you should make some more to more Elvis songs cause Tamaki makes a prefect Elvis.

I don't have any other host club ideas at the moment but I did use it a bit in Something Fishy... a few of my friends have made Host Club videos that I love.. I'm not sure if they have been uploaded to youtube or not..

Oh, I see what you are saying. I recommend seeing the anime Ranma 1/2. That was the first show where it got me into anime right there. Have you seen it?

I can't remember what seasons I've watched. I did see the movie Ranma 1/2 Big Trouble in (I can't spell it) China. Heehee, I don't know why but when typed that, it looked funny. :D That was a great movie though. I haven't seen it since 1994. If I may say, I have Big Trouble in Little China as well.

I've borrowed three DVDs from a friend of mine who's really, really into anime herself. The sad news that Ranma's voice is changed though. I liked the old voice, especially Kuno's.

I never seen this show, but the way you use the clips and the music was well done. Not only that this is a great song. By the way, you didn't use any compositing with some of the characters did you or was that in the anime?

the characters that slide in were created in photoshop by me.

Really? That's really good! I also like how you got the characters to look as if they were lipsyncing. What about small animation where the word Female came up, did you do that as well?

The lipsyncing is pretty easy, it's just 3 different frames that I created in photoshop, one had mouth open, one had mouth half open and one was mouth closed... I used my program to marker out the syllables, and placed the frames accordingly. Most of the images I chose though sorta had the same movement in the series originally.. (Such as Honey popping in from the bottom left) use of the slide transitions was very helpful.

As for the "Female" word, I'm pretty sure I just used Vegas' text generator, you can do it in photoshop as well though, it's rather easy... and for the transition in, it was another of the stock transitions from my program (Sony Vegas)

I've heard of Sony Vegas, I knew someone back when I was in college who used that and he was a sound designer. I can't remember if it was Vegas audio cause he would edit Flash videos for a friend of his. Almost a second there I thought you had used After Effects though. The only editing software that I use is Premiere for my work. You did a great job with the word Female and the small animation that came before it.

Vegas is sorta comparable to After Effects on some levels, at least when it comes to masking and such. After Effects seems to be more fluid than Vegas though. I've personally never used After Effects.

I dabbled once on Premiere but I guess I'm so used to using Vegas that it seems backwards to me, so I decided to just stick with what I know. I may one day attempt to play with AE but I don't know when. Perhaps when I've reached the limits of Vegas.

I've messed around with After Effects a little bit, but not a whole lot. I learned just a bit during my first computer animation class back when I was in college studying computer animation and web design. I got into more with Premiere cause I like how I can mess around with the sound and put together my animations and what not. If you get a chance, check out my channel. There is a music video there based on one of my own music as well.

sounds cool.. aside from some 3 frame lipsync, I havent dabbled too much into actual animation..

(unless you count panning a tuna can around O.o - but thats a whole different video lol)

I probably will when I get a chance. I just got this anime series called Gunslinger Girl and I only watched one episode so far. In other words, I don't know when I'll finish up the rest. :) If that tells you something. :)
