Maybe your computer is downloading something, or maybe your internet connection is a little crappy [No offense] but yeah. Just remove any hard-working files and programs, improve your internet connection and maybe make things in TF2 go a little lower like normal and not maximum resolution, stuff like that, yeah.
I can't play TF2 on 360 lags way to damn much.

No the 360 version was literally borked. They fixed it now though.
