Jackie has made this song her own. I love the way she performs it. I've heard other singers do it but Jacke has the best, most most real interpretation. Besides that, her voice is so incredibly beautiful that I never tire of listening to it!

Lovely voice, very serious about her craft. One must wonder, however, about the choice of subject matter. Sarah Mclachlan explained that "Angel" is about heroin abuse. Funny how the song is now being used in animal abuse ads, and for darling little 11-year-olds with unearthly vocal range and power. Have a wonderful career, kid, but sing what *you* want -- adults sometimes just don't get it.

Anybody noticed, when she sing, her expression is very serious and 'in the zone', but everytime her songs end, or a pause in the middle, she miraculously transformed into ordinary cute 11 years old. The difference is so obvious, that one may think she got double personality, the amazing singer, and the cute 11 years old.

I say this in a good way of course, this fact just make me adore her more....:)

@bowserjrgirl Actually, she will not. As a prodigy her brain will always be able to compensate for any physical changes that she may experience. She will mature vocally in the same manner that Hayley Westenra has and she will have a long career. If you watch the interview of her on the 20/20 show on YouTube you will discover how she is able to sing as amazingly as she does, and also the reason she has such total control over her voice at such a young age. And you have a degree in music to back up that statement? As the British say, "Not bloody Likely!" First, She's been singing for almost 4 years now, and her voice just keeps getting better. She's grown at least 6 inches since AGT, and her lungs have grown. The ENT's scopes show no wear and tear on her vocal cords. They couldn't even tell that she's a singer from the scopes! She should have a very long and successful career!

@Koldhart1 Isn't odd that Jackie's album is "Dream With Me" and Charlotte Church's 2000 album was "Dream a Dream"? Church authored two autobiographies, one when she was 14. I can see Jackie doing the same: it surely would sell.

@HotRodder2100 You are correct. That would be like saying that Hayley Westenra and Charlotte Church lost their voices when they turned 14 years of age. The abilities of a singing prodigy do not change much as they age, except for the fuller and richer vocal tones, because their brains can easily compensate for any physical changes that they will go through.

Jackie's hair do makes her look much older, which takes away from the mystique that she really is just a pre-teen. She will grow up soon enough. Her voice is magical... I love it that she sings songs with semi religious themes. I hope she never abandons that side of her.

She is a true blessing from the Lord to the rest of the world. It is fantastic that she recognizes that.

Don't ever develop a swelled head. that's one of the resaons why folks love you so much,

That's pretty funny since all she has on is a very small amount of eyeliner, some nail polish, and a little Powder to take the shine off, from the Makeup person. No Lipstick or Eye Shadow either. Her Mother Lisa, is very strict about that. Oprah gussied her up one time, and it's never happened again. I think her makeup is perfect for singing Angel, as it better shows her emotion while singing it. She may be a little girl, but she's far from a child in her Brain!
