I wanted to also add something you think might be funny. My husband said that his family used the phrase that they were "Clucked out" when they got tired of eating too much chicken. Have you ever heard that phrase?
Not so bad really, I left a little too much meat on the carcass in the thigh area. I think it will only take a couple more times before I really get it right. Having some chicken breast tacos tonight!
gotta crawl before you walk, but a couple of more times you should be good, save the carcasses, when you got two or three, roast them in the oven til golden brown and use them to make a broth for soup. don't get no better than that.
