@drsquirrel0 Nah, it was a parallel turn. He knew he shouldn't of gone so I guess he was giving room in case I went up his inside.

I just eased off and braked as soon as I saw him go.

@drsquirrel0 I shook my head when I saw him there, as to say, I'm not stopping, don't pull out in front of me.

The hand gesture was a "why bother" type gesture...it was made after he started pulling out properly (rather than just waiting in the middle of the road)....it is hard to tell from the video though :)
