  • Is it hard to find the detonators after it goes off in the grass?

  • @aderonn If the grass is tall it might be a little. But the tube is bright orange and the plumber is yellow. This will make it easier to find it again. Tying a bright orange ribbon to the detonator's handle (spoon) will make finding it even easier.

  • so it actauly blows up? AMAZING!

  • what does it have in it and where can u get it

  • Citric acid + water and baking soda.

Baking soda can be found in supermarkets and citric acid can be found on eBay.

  • @micha747

    what about water?

  • where do u find the water?

  • I've never done airsoft. I have gone paintballing a few times. I was just wondering...in paintball, there's an obvious mark where your opponent was hit. there's no denying.

Is airsoft basically the same as paintball, only since there's no paint mark, everyone's held on an honor system? do people sometimes try to bluff their way out and say they weren't hit, or are they usually honest about it?

  • yes thats correct, its all on an honor system.

And people do sometimes cheat, thats why the rules have to be strict about it.

  • plus i suppose there is more pain than the paintball... i only have paintball experience as well tho so i am not sure

  • no paintball hurts more than airsoft

  • depending on the time of year, say summer, people get obvious marks on there body from getting shot. In the winter you have heavy clothing on where its harder to tell. You just have to know the people your playing with arent cheaters.

  • @237th well, most of the time they are honest. but i've played with some that just wont accept being hit even though there is a welp on their arm where they were hit.

  • nle4lyfe its grenades btw

  • hey that websites out of stock, do u have any other links?

  • Please try again. The website is finished now.

  • thanks, anyway what does it mean by does not include powders?

  • It means that the grenade is being sold without the citric acid and sodium bicarbonate. This is because the Taiwan post office doesn't allow these 2 powders to be shipped internationally.

  • and also, would the plastic shards hurt?

  • No, they don't hurt.

  • and also does it hurt?

  • No, it doesn't. Getting shot by an airsoft gun hurts more. The only thing with this grenade is that it is loud, like a fire cracker. Especially if it's being used inside a room.

  • thanks i might buy a cuople soon. thanks for the info!

  • they are the same as the Airsoft hand gernades, same thing, different outer shell he used

  • wat web site to go to for i can that kind of grenade

  • Not yet. Will let you know when.

  • I have all ready seen these made and sold... same thing differant shell....

  • :55 - 1:07 THERE'S BIGFOOT!!!!!!!!

  • hahaha

  • this isn't safe at all what if it hits someone in the eye i wouldn't go selling this until you can make it safer

  • People who play airsoft always wear face masks or eye protection. This product is for them to make the game more fun.

As you can see in this video, I'm wearing a face mask.

  • your so dumb

  • and no im not i see people play airsoft all the time with no eye protection so i would say this product isn't safe

  • well, it's the customers fault if they don't wear face protection.

  • if you know anything at all about airsoft or paintball, the players wear masks or glasses. so know what you are saying before you say it.

    AIRSOFT4EVER

  • not impressed but good luck

  • wow so cool!!! tell me how to make one (plans) or do you sell them or buy them anywhere ? , i think thats the best airsoft grenade i have seen so far!!!!

  • This grenade is designed by me and it is patent pending. The planning is that sales should start in 3 to 4 months.

  • were can u buy citric acid in the u.s

  • I don't know. I don't live in the US. I buy it in a shop which sells chemicals. You could try the internet or a baking shop. Citric acid is also used in food products.

  • you could try a foods store as its used in foods, you could try breaking into the chemistry room of the high school or break in a lab (jk) but yea

  • wats it made out of?

  • It works with citric acid and baking soda. The shell is made from plastic, which will be biodegradable for the final product.

  • Looks to messy. I didn't see any BBs either.

  • You should have checked out the other 2 videos before you judged this video and this grenade.

  • I just did, and it's still messy.

On another note, if you don't want people to judge from this video, why keep it here? You could at least put up some links to the other two videos.

  • It's true that its a little work to prepare the grenade and some water, soda and citric acid is spread around. That is how this grenade works. The benefits are that the grenade is not that expensive as compared to grenades which use gas and this grenade doesn't have different loose parts, so it will be easier to find the reusable parts after use. I don't mind people judging this video. I see that as feedback and I might use it to design new models for in the future.

PS, I added the links. Thanks

  • fair :)

  • well do you someone to import them?:)

  • Selling hasn't started yet. I'm planning to use the internet (eBay) to sell this grenade.

  • When I'm on Ebay looking for this grenade what should I serch for?

  • I haven't starting selling yet. Most likely it will be airsoft hand grenade. I'm also working on making my own website. I will post it here when it's ready. And I can also send you a message to let you know.

  • well is it posible that the finished product will come to Denmark? :)

  • Yes, that is possible.

  • how far are you in the test phase?

  • almost finished. having some difficulties in getting the bottle biodegradable. the factory is working on this problem. hope to have it finished soon.

  • hehehe nice, what chems did you use, vin and baking soda ?

  • no, baking soda and citric acid.

  • cool, good job

  • Looks highly unreusable, so it appears that it shatters?

  • The bottle isn't reusable. The rest is.

  • I think I saw that grenade sold on some website.....

  • You might have seen something similar, but not this one. This grenade is not on the market yet.

  • It leaves small plastic fragments which is not too great for wildlife.

  • You are right but so do the BB's we leave behind. At least this plastic is biodegradable. You can decide not to play or use this product in nature. Where I play there is hardly any to no wildlife. It's mostly a concrete jungle ;)

  • will the mix inside melt biodegradable BBs?

  • I'm afraid that I can't answer that question. That's because I don't know what those bio-BB's are made of. You should ask this question to the manufacturer of the bio-BB's. The mix inside is citric acid, water and baking soda. And the BB's will spend most of their time in the citric acid/water mix. What I can tell you is that the plastic shell is biodegradable and in the time that I have tested the grenades I haven't seen that it affects the biodegradable plastic.

  • ah

so are there any parts that you have to retrieve, and does the lever fly off by itself?

  • thats quite impressive. looks a bit dodgy to set off at the moment, but im sure you guys will iron out the kinks.

  • Well, that's why I've uploaded an update about this product not too long ago. That one should be less dodgy.

  • BRAVO!

  • nice ill try making one

  • nice 1 !!!

2 years and it is a bestseller!

  • wow thats cool! Good luck on the final product I'm sure it will be great! 5 stars

  • what is it made out of is it dry ice in it? or something els is the shell plastic?

  • It works with citric acid and baking soda. The shell is made from plastic, which will be biodegradable for the final product.
