I am not crazy about this routine, but she looks like someone who works out her entire body.... not just the parts on her that she thinks would make her look better in a bikini. She's actually fit.

    I'm a personal trainer too, and if you were a good one, you would know that when someone works out their arms a lot, that is what they look like. She's not taking testosterone. She might also just be blessed genetically. But she sure as hell doesn't look like she's taking hornomes.

  • @Muhneds The goal is how long your target heart rate is maintained, not how long you do aerobics. 20 minutes at target heart rate is good. 40 is great.

  • @Muhneds i say as long as you do it then okay. It's good to increase your time gradually though. Like start with 20 minutes and work it up to 30 then. From 30 got to 40 or 45. Then up to an hour. Also try to incorporate different moves in or different activities

    Sounds about 120 to me.

    I recommend finding a metronome. There are some pretty cheap ones out there and there's bound to be free apps out there for all the smart phones. There's probably plenty on the internet too.

  • I am interested in the routine however all of the instructers I have ever worked with perform the 'upcoming moves' so that the class can see the transition and follow it sensibly. Jumping straight into a new move with only verbal warning may be a bit restricting to people who are unfamiliar to the routine.
