@Pugio Not anymore, I've moved to Dubai, UAE. I've completely modified the car, big turbo, exhaust, connecting rods, intercooler, etc.. i wouldn't say its been the most reliable car, but I still love it everyday

Also the 1.8T is a lot lighter motor then the 3.0L. So lighter is better. Even mildly tuned the 1.8T will give you a better overall driving experience then the 3.0

im sellin my 02 audi a4 1.8t for $6300..112k miles Fwd, Has a few problems tho..Keyless entry needs reprogramed, tiptronic doesnt down shift on shifter but will work on steering wheel and i have a battery drain..I think its the alternator or maybe a relay..who knows..Does any of your cars do this?? when u lock the car, the hazard switch stays lit for 2 sec then goes out then comes on,off,on pattern?

I forgot what its called, I'm not sure at all, but I think it might be some support that holds the engine in place. Don't forget Audi's are hard to maintain.

@BlkAuDiS401 Depends what kind of shaking... could be something as simple as engine mounts which would only cost about $200 to fix, with labor prices.

136,000 miles is alot though, i'd find a lower mileage one with a full service history.

Prolly a vacuum leak . Easy fix, but maybe not... it may be something else. Prolly worth a gamble, if everything else looks like its in good shape. Keep in mind, Audis are not for those of shallow pocketbooks. They are not cheap to maintain. Killer cars, tho. I just got a 2002 and love it.

Ive been in a couple and drove a few, the 1.8ts are very quick, they offer awd which means youll beat almost anything off the line, and offer a great base engine for modifications... However if you do get a b5 s4, which i highly recommend over an 04 a4, you should get one with under 90,000 OR get one thats had its major service already done to it.
