Now, I have my everyday Kadhi masala in my fourth box. It is bascially mix fo fresh turmeric root, ginger, green chili and yellow turmeric known as amba haldi.
Hi Bhavna! Thank you for stopping by my channel. I love Indian food!!! Your recipes and plates of food look so delishes. Thank you for sharing. I had to subscribe.
Hi bhavna, thanks for sharing this recipe with us..
I had a question about the pressure cooker whistles..when you say you wait for 5-6 whistles, is it on low, medium or high flame? Also, if it is high flame, doesn't the water burn out leaving the sabji uncooked/burnt?
Agree....same here. When I go crazy in the kitchen with ingredients that I might not have even used before and those things turn out great....some accidents happen for good.

That looks delicious! I know that would compliment any vegetarian dish and even a dish with meat that would be a great veggie combo to compliment it!

@SuperVeggieDelight I hate overcooked vegetables, they lose nutrients no matter what. You end up mainly with fiber.

HI
I usually cook most my dishes on low or medium heat only. I use high heat only when I steam Dhokla, idlis, or other steaming dishes....

Happy accident. some of the best meals are the ones that happen by just throwing what you have in a pot. I usually mess up the meals I actually plan.
