  • Hi Bhavnaben, can u tell me whats in ur masala box, i always show u garlic, green chilli & ginger paste, what do u keep in 4th box?

  • @ViruTrivedi

    HI

Now, I have my everyday Kadhi masala in my fourth box. It is bascially mix fo fresh turmeric root, ginger, green chili and yellow turmeric known as amba haldi.

  • That looks delicious! I know that would compliment any vegetarian dish and even a dish with meat that would be a great veggie combo to compliment it!

  • Hi bhavna, thanks for sharing this recipe with us..

I had a question about the pressure cooker whistles..when you say you wait for 5-6 whistles, is it on low, medium or high flame? Also, if it is high flame, doesn't the water burn out leaving the sabji uncooked/burnt?

  • @techiedkb

    HI

I usually cook most my dishes on low or medium heat only. I use high heat only when I steam Dhokla, idlis, or other steaming dishes....

  • Looks great!

  • Happy accident. some of the best meals are the ones that happen by just throwing what you have in a pot. I usually mess up the meals I actually plan.

  • @cheskydivision

Agree....same here. When I go crazy in the kitchen with ingredients that I might not have even used before and those things turn out great....some accidents happen for good.
