One question, though. Why is it that every time we see Tim Fite there's a weird laggy effect on the camera?

My guess is some of it was an effect of putting together copies of pictures, not using the actual camera. But that's just mt thought.
Or perhaps, some of it was shot by webcam. Webcams tend to be slow, depending upon the model of the computer. That's just my theories.
To me it just looks like an effect that the added to the footage, but I want to know WHY.

it's an art technique where a multitude of still photos are taken and shown in succession. basically, the OG of filmmaking.

That would be very difficult to do with just a regular still camera. It's more likely to be an effect added to a video, or a video taken with a low frame rate.
