Many thanks for all these lengthy video posts. I was out of the country when this case was taking place, so I've been catching up on the details via youtube (I queue a series of vids and then watch them like a news report). Looking forward to watching this trial in May. I subscribed to your channel, as well.
@kiwiguy77 When they are ready to pick the jury, one of the questions asked to a juror is if they have issues with the death penalty. If they do, they are not selected. The jurors must be a death penalty jury.
ok, I have to pick a minute. at around 9:00 the female pannel memeber says that the prosecution cannot prove that the body was not moved.. I have to disagree, seems like to me, from the evidence, they've already established that the plant life proved BEYOND a doubt that the body had been there from the time the child went missing... I cannot wait to see what comes out at the trial. The longer this goes on the more ridiculous this is getting. Justice for Caylee
Thanks Sierra! I used to support George, and feel sorry for him. But after certain instances, things just aren't adding up. Almost as if, in the beginning, George was being 1000% honest, then it seems Cindy stepped in and now he's some kind of puppet! By changing his tune andd letting Cindy control him, he's opening himself up to potential charges being put against him for lying under oath. Don't you think so?
@selena324 IMO, George has always been Cindy's puppet. Basically he told LE about the smell in the trunk but went with Cindy's spin of it was the pizza. However, since George is a former LE, he clearly knows the difference.
Didnt they find a Gatorade bottle with a syringe around Caylee's remains when they found her? Im remembering they found something like that but I never really heard anything more about it?
@Pozorrogo IIRC, they did as the area was filled with garbage, but not sure that this Gatorade and syringe is connected to Caylee. We will just have to wait and see when the trial starts.
@millerfamily03 Yes, I am aware of the traces of the steroids but IIRC, it hasn't been proven that this is associated with Caylee. However, I could have missed if it was connected.
@millerfamily03 no, I don't think that it's been 100% connected to Caylee, seeing how they can't determine the cause of death.. but the only possible link they have (if I'm remembering correctly) is that the liquid may have had some traces of Chloroform as well. I'll have to go through those particular discovery documents just to make sure. The syringe within the bottle could be connected, and it could not. From what I've gathered there were lots of trash around that area.
It would be satisfying to see her on the stand at trial. But I highly HIGHLY doubt her dream team of laywers would let her within 10 feet of that microphone.
@SilverButterflyWings The prosecution can not ask Casey to take the stand. The Judge will ask Casey if she wants to testify and Casey has the option of saying yes or no. The Judge will tell the jury just because the defendant doesn't take the stand is not a sign of being "guilty". It's up to the State to prove their case against Casey and the Defense to show another spin on what the State is presenting.

These newscasters and their "panels of experts" are a bunch of morons. I need to quit watching this show. They piss me off every time I watch it.

hope there are no christians on the jury, they will never convict knowing she will get the death penalty. Ive seen it happen in the states before.

@millerfamily03 IMHO The (grand) father took steroids and the whole family is responsible for killing Caylee Anthony.

No evidence?
Casey had the car.. as stated by her, her family, ect.
The car had the smell of a dead body, as stated by Cindy, George and Melich.
There was human hair found in the trunk. A child is dead..
Casey never reported her daughter missing as she was conducting her own investigation. (insert partying pictures)
I rest my case.
