  • wow. I would never have imagined that Greek and Carribbean cuisine have a dish in common!!!

    In Greece though we cook it differently during winter due to lack of good tomatoes and scallions.!!

    ~Durban~ South Africa ~ <<< Maybe look up BUNNY CHOW on Google and offer that unique DURBAN curry to the folk in the Caribbean. Any saucy dish would lend itself to such a unique means of serving it, although here it's strictly lamb. beef, sugarbeans or veg curries.
