i saw somethi like this one time in my country guatemala.....there was a hail storm down there and lightin bolts were freakin shootin everywhere....ive never seen anything like this in the U.S. but the creepy thing was there was this loud sound as if a plane was falling from a high altitude comein straight down......we stood there to see anything fallin but no.....

I saw video footage from the NASA Space Shuttle Program that filmed UFO's being attracted to these type of thunder clouds. These systems are like magnets wherever they are discharging and I believe they are untilized as a charging system.
