  • do u have to put the tail?

  • Awesome that helped so much! Thank u

  • Thanks for sharing this video! Do you add gumpaste to your fondant to help it get harder faster? My fondant rarely dries hard. I guess because we live in a humid climate.

  • ... i love you for posting this :)

  • wouldnt it be smarter and batter to put the saran wrap before because then it isnt hard to stuff it in the bow...just saying

  • Hi! How would you get this to stick to the side of the cake??

  • Thank you so much for posting this. I tried to make a fondant bow last night and it did not turn out. I will be trying again tonight with this video in mind.

  • You can also buy Fondant at walmart. it should be down be the wedding stuff.

  • hi, from where did u get this rolling blue mat?

  • how do you take out the saran wrap after it dries???

  • @bigbangfan973 The saran wrap comes out very easily after it dries since there is still a hole in the bow area

  • i was wondering how many inches should each peace be??????????

  • @rayrayfunky8 You can do your bow any size so for example lets say you do the top of the bow at about 2 1/2 inches wide and 3 in long and then the tails to the bow could be 1 in wide and 3 in long...this should give you a decent sized bow to start with...hope this helps you!!

  • Very Nice

  • where do you get fondant? I keep on bugging my mom to get it but she dus not know where.

  • @HannahMileyFan4u

    I got mine at walmart

  • @HannahMileyFan4u You can purchase fondant online....also

michaels craft store carries Wilton Fondant although I will say the Wilton brand does not taste very good, but is ok to make a bow with.....

  • @HannahMileyFan4u making your own is very easy too

  • @HannahMileyFan4u You can also make your own fondant at home. I made Marshmallow fondant which is supposed to taste better than regular fondant. I found the recipe here on Youtube. All it calls for is marshmallows, powdered sugar and a bit of water. It was very easy to make and and it tasted alright.

  • @HannahMileyFan4u i made my own fondant with marshmallows. my mom said that the other kind without marshmallows is easier to make, but its discusting. the recipe is really easy to find. just go to google and type in the search box: How To Make Marshmallow Fondant. easy as that!

  • @HannahMileyFan4u hey there i havent tried it out myself yet but i just found a recipe that seems really easy. it shall be enough to cover a cave AND decorate it. 500 gramms of powdered sugar, 50 gramms of vegetable fat (hard) 3 Tbsp. Lemonjuice and 2 Tbsp. water.

Boil the fat, 275g powdered sugar and the lemon juice. than mix it with the rest of powdered sugar and water. keep stiring till its cooled. if its too "crumbly" (sry im german :P) use a bit more water. but carefully add it.

  • Thank u donnalane626

  • God richly bless who ever invented fondant or his/her family!

  • u can make it!!

  • Where can you buy fondant? Is it available at any grocery store? What does it look like (How is it packaged)? I want to buy some, but I have no idea what it looks like. Thanks!

  • you can get it at walmart or hobby lobby..it comes in a package.

  • You can make homemade fondant using marshmallows

  • i found mine at the michaels craft store, it comes in a box

  • you can just make marshmellow fondant super easy just search it up!

  • You can buy it at a local craft store for example Michael's is a great place to find cake decorating stuff.

  • hi, im making my first fondant cake and i was wondering after u make the bow do u cool it in the freezer then put it on your cake??

  • After I make any bow I usually will assemble them directly on the cake and add the saran wrap to the bow areas while it sets up and dries. Once the bow sets up just remove the saran wrap like I said in the video. If you put fondant or gumpaste in the freezer it can destroy it due to the condensation.

  • you should never put fondant in the fridge or freezer...just put them in a plastic container until you need it for a cake project!!

  • Ladybee, I am soo glad that you are using the tools I sent you! I know that you are going to do great things in cake decorating and I am behind you 100%....

  • :) awesome......thank you for the video :)i've been using the tools :* and creating lots of cake and figurines with it :) hehehe thank you Donna. God Bless You
