It was shown that Roger blew out a candle and back on when he was talking to Garp about looking after his son..This was seen in Impel Town. People believe it was the haki that blew it out and re-lit it (OP fans).
Also I believe these posters are fake...I haven't seen any proof of his bounty.

maybe what you say is true, but considering how strong is garp and luffy i dont think dragon would be less than superstrong... :) and in order to command a revolutionary army, i believe you must be strong... not just smart or have leadership charisma.

Dragon doesn't have devil fruit powers...if you recall when they encountered Smoker for the first time the weather went crazy insane as if someone caused it. @Everton97 the truth is he could use All three forms of haki (you should know what those forms are) most people can only use 2 the conquering king haki is rare but since he could use that he was pretty strong he didnt have a devil fruit power from what we know of. and also he didnt use his powers to break out of prison because he was going to die anyways (as raleigh explained) so he decided to start a new era.
@Everton97 nope in one of the episode the vice captain of his crew told luffy that gol. d rogers got soem disease and there was no cure but he was still being treated so he took his crew and took over the grandline for 3 years and then when he was close to death he surrendered to the navy while his crew went off their own paths and cause gol. d rogers wanted to die in the town he was born in and the navy said that they captured him to look good in front of people

If you mean Devil fruits, one doesn't need a Devil fruit to be strong. Look at Zoro and Mihawk for example.

He didn't have powers because he would have used them to break out of prison? You said he surrendered, why would he break out of prison when he wanted to get caught. Roger had an incurable disease. If you watched the Impel down Arc you should know there are pirates there with devil fruit powers that have been locked up there for decades.

@Everton97 actually you don't know if he has powers or not because if he was in prison then you'd know that he'd be chained in sea stone hand cuffs which prevent the use of powers, i watched all the anime, and am up to date with the manga, no indication of powers have been shown on dragon and gold rogers behalf so don't make stuff up :s... ugh i love one piece.

@okonomiyakiyummy ...from what I've seen so far from the series there is no guarantee that Monkey D. Dragon doesn't have devil fruit powers...if you recall when they encountered Smoker for the first time the weather went crazy insane as if someone caused it. There hasn't been a definitive confirmation, but it is possible.../shrug lol I'm still watching...just finished 394...haven't read the manga so don't yell at me if you know better lol...just basing my comment on what I've seen. =P

@Everton97 the truth is he could use All three forms of haki (you should know what those forms are) most people can only use 2 the conquering king haki is rare but since he could use that he was pretty strong he didnt have a devil fruit power from what we know of. and also he didnt use his powers to break out of prison because he was going to die anyways (as raleigh explained) so he decided to start a new era.

@Everton97 nope in one of the episode the vice captain of his crew told luffy that gol. d rogers got soem disease and there was no cure but he was still being treated so he took his crew and took over the grandline for 3 years and then when he was close to death he surrendered to the navy while his crew went off their own paths and cause gol. d rogers wanted to die in the town he was born in and the navy said that they captured him to look good in front of people
