Most games that you don't find in stores doesn't make them "rare" A great example on an extremly Rare game even so rare that it blows Sonic CD miles away and that game my friend is Mr.Gimmick. It is rare because it was only sold besides in Japan in Scandinavia. That game is sold for a ridicolous price... I myself bought it in my local game store.. for 120 bucks. Now thats RARE. Sonic CD will never be that rare. Infact a Pal version or American is actually more rare than the japanese version.
California games was never released in Japan as that is a pirated cartridge released somewhere in Asia. Aswell goes for Fantasia a pirated game. It's not too hard to find the JAP version of Sonic CD I paid 5 bucks for it.
Some good games there.
