  • This training is absolutely brilliant!!! I have watched all of the videos in this series and love everyone! This particular one is the only one I was familiar with and that was simply because as a child I was anemic and my grandmother told me to do this exercise so I wouldn't faint so much. I had no idea what it was supposed to do but I do know the minute I felt dizzy if I went against the wall and did this exercise I would feel strong again. Thank you so much for putting this on youtube!!

  • Are you resisting while pushing out with the knees?

    Or is the resisting done only while the knees push in ?

  • @pariapsara The stretch occurs when you resist while pushing your knees out. You are strengthening your inner thighs if you keep resisting your knees as they squeeze together. Feel free to do one, the other, or both.
