Shoji Meguro put in the inner cover of the PSP version of Persona's soundrack: "I also attempted some new techniques... in order to express the two-sided nature of Persona through the music. For example, while the opening track has a pop feel to it, partway through it suddenly breaks out into an intense rock passage... Even when it came to the lyrics, I changed the symbolic portions of the English lyrics into Japanese."

the original is.. well, the original. FES has extra stuff in in(like costumes, being able to see what your party is really dressed in, etc), and extra scenes as far as I know.

@Virus465 That is a small difference between the Japanese and the English openings, at-lest with P3 FES, it's that that text is in English for English one and Japanese for the Japanese one. That is the ONLY difference between them -nods-

Do what i did! Get all 3 and have no money left. ^.^ However, if i had to choose, You should get FES first because there are A LOT of references to it, so if you get that first, you would understand them better.

I might be going out on a limb, but I'm going to say that Persona 3 was probably my favorite games of all time, if not so then in the top 3. I don't know why it's so appealing, I just find it continually fun to play. Too bad they are jewing up Persona 4 for the American release.

Basicaly in FES giving them things like the 'High cut armor' (basicaly a chainmail bikini) causes the characters apearance to change.

This might have something to do with it being a 17 rather than a 12 though....

I loved this game! I've played al ot of rpgs, and this was one of my all-time favorites. I did enjoy how closely tied to anime style it seemed. The story really got to you. You got to know the characters. I also thought Mitsuru was pretty sweet. She was hot and perfect as a person.

Engrish is just English with unusual pronunciation. Since a japanese person sang it, she can't pronounce it well because she's too used to her language. So acastillo just meant engrish is a better term than "jap-ish" (btw is the fact that both of you have 999 on your usernames just a coincidence?)
