From top to bottom:

Piano (R and L hand)

The top instrument should be a harpsichord, but pianos are a lot easier to come by and have a close enough timbre to substitute the harpsichord. If possible, though, use a harpsichord instead.

Correct; obviously the piece here uses piano (as per the description) but harpsichord sounds much better.  Thanks for pointing out the ambiguity there.
