@BloodxRose27 Same here. I also have Asperger's Syndrome, but brothers are never supportive. They always ruin my life even more because of it. I would give up everything that I own just to have a sibling that's as supportive as these guys.
CDC researcher Poul Thorsen, who famously headed up the "Denmark Study" that many claim disproved any link between autism and vaccines, has been indicted in Atlanta by a federal grand jury on charges of wire fraud, money laundering&defrauding research institutions of grant money.
Poul Thorson is a scientist who formerly worked for the CDC,&over the last several years,he oversaw millions of dollars in grant money that was used to conduct research to"prove"that vaccines have no link to autism
@specialsiblings I would be interested in seeing this. I am autistic, and I have two children that are on the spectrum also. Please post the documentary!
Hi everyone! This is Carly, the creator of this film. I am so sorry I haven't responded to everyone's comments. I actually lost access to the account, which was set up by an old friend for me. However, I am back and will post the full documentary if you are interested!
I created this documentary in college, inspired by my sister who has Autism. I wanted to show the perspective of the brother or sister of the child with Autism, as they are forever changed by the experience
This brought tears to my eyes. Iv have a 7 year old with autism and a 2 year old that doesnt. I wonder sometimes how he is going to cope with this when he gets older. i hope he sees is brother for who he really is like we do and love him for who he is not how he sometimes acts.
My son is 7, and on the autistic spectrum. He has a 4 year old sister who is very tuned in to his needs, she tries to help me when he has meltdowns, she knows when to compromise with him, and is his constant companion. I am proud of both my kids xx
one day i will adopt a pair of autistic children and raise them with my own children... i will have a BIG family ;) maybe i will have 3 children plus 2 autistic children... but i want to have 2 autistic children so they will have a pair/buddy for life, so they will have someone that understands completely their autistic state, and my own children will grow up with these autistic siblings, and together, we will all learn understand love much more clearly defined. :)
"Supremacy"? I would think a supremacist would say that NTs shouldn't be allowed to care for ANY children, AS or not. I am just saying that since it is such a strain for most NTs to raise our children than it seems more natural to let fellow AS, who know what they are doing, to handle that issue.
Why would you do that? That's absolutely insane."Special" Needs children require tremendous amounts of time and effort. Mark my words, if you do this you'll end up neglecting your biological children throughout their lives for the needs of the 2 autistics. And what if they turn out to be violent?

@DChatc I've seen an autistic person take a chunk of meat out of someones hand. I've seen another autistic toss his 9 year old brother around like a rag doll. I know of a kid who had a metal door installed to keep his autistic brother out of his room because of complete fear. The bad outweighs the good, but there is still good that can be done with an autistic, it just requires tremendous time and effort and depending on the severity of the autism meds. I'm just trying to warn you
@ColdHardTruth1 that is completly wrong i have a severly autistic twin sister they squeeze things it coforts them and some times they make take something but the all mean good!!!
@mckennaisawsome my bro squeezes things too! His OT even says its good. He loves things with textures, balls, sifting rice, and etc., and he LOVES our trampoline mail me and tell me about your sister!! xoxoxo
Your so stupid, many autistic people, like my brother, do not even have to take ANY meds. Many, in fact, all in his class are calm and gentle and would never hurt a fly. You are most obviously uninformed and do not know what you are talking about. My guess is, that you don't even actually KNOW someone with Autism. Why are you trying to make them sound like monsters? Are you sick? They are beautiful people and my family is closer because of it. You are MEAN by the way to: ColdHardTruth1
Lol Right on you told that fool. I doubt a kid would get a metal door to keep out his brother. O.o err... My brother actually likes to come in my bed at night and sleep with me sometimes, and he is one of the cutest kids in the world for it!
Thats very sweet you would adopt to autistic children I have a an Autistic Twin and i am only ten years old! She has severe autism but i spend as much time with her as posaible its hard making friends when people make fun of her but it makes me a better person.
It seems Autism has environmental triggers. Asperger lineages born in certain environments during the formative years apparently get Autism when exposed to chemical pollutants (including diets generally heavy in meat, dairy and excito-toxins, and yes mercury), and from inhospitable social environments (crowded, dangerous urban environments, dysfunctional homes etc).
It seems Aspergers fair better in rural settings, living on ligumes, bulbs, and fish.
Because of this, I wonder if it is just another way for criminal elements to call us intelligent people who do not buy into their shit "crazy". It almost seems that there is an effort to say that personal excellency is a "disorder", an afront to society because it conflicts with the current institutionalized, STATIST model of things (which has only gotten worse with "The Frankfurt School"'s involvement, see descriptions of Aspie Isaac Newton's "Principea" as a "Rape Manual" ).
You contradicted yourself, you say your sister is getting her licence then you say you aren't going to let her, does she know about this? I foresee trouble ahead

Poor ppl. I am lucky I or any of my family has it. I was laughing at the guy at the beginning (not in rude way). They look happy. That's what matters :)
My bro got it at 1 and still has it at 8. He has a REALLY severe autism. He isnt able to talk. He yells and jumps and crys and all of that. His voice box might choke him wen he gets older because he will go through puberty. Its very sad. I hope he'll get rid of it one day.
Nice emotional appeal. That was funny as shit: "I am king Vorton!" I was thought to have autism as a young child, luckily my mother fought the authorities in foster care, telling them that I wasn't sick. I was never diagnosed, because my mother cared about me. I want you all to think about that. Even though I would have been diagnosed, I never was. I do consider myself a savant. So what if I'm highly intelligent, imaginative, and creative. That doesn't make me autistic.
I used to have autism too, and like you the state suggested that my parents let them take me to a groupe-home to rot (of course they were dedicated parents, dispite their financial status so didn't let them do THAT to me).
I've come across allot of Aspergers on here who used to have Autism and sent-away because of it. They eventually grew-out of it on their own, but they were still skrewed-up from lack of proper education and solid connections.
@DChatc I disagree that you can totally get rid of it, what you can do is learn social skills so that it isn't as bad as it once was. That was what I did, I am twenty and I can tell you that it isn't going anywhere.
I AM Aspie, but I myself have gripes with the whole "autism-asperger" spectrum stuff. AUTISM is certeinly a disease (though it is probably over-diagnosed) but I think Aspergers' is something else. It seems to be a genetic trait found in families (and likely entire nationalities) who yield engineers and scientists, and was likely an adaptation to sparse environments (an asperger brain is large but a little slow, implying something designed for seasonal prognostions and long-term problem-solving).
@DChatc I should tell you I think your right. I have noticed there is a difference between aspergers and severe autism. With aspergers I have often seen the parents also have a touch of it, but not so in severe autism cases. This needs to be looked into more though.
My friend name is Madison Yetter is 12 years old & Madison has autistic & she the oldest. Madison has 3 younger silbings. Katie age10, Ethan age8 & Spencer age6
