It has little meaning but it's more of a big story. It soposed to show that even though he gave up his life and thought he made a huge mistake, something wonderful came from it. The official point of the song:

I'm not a Kenny Chesney fan, but his music is starting to grow on me. I just saw this video on CMT and it nearly brought me to tears. The chorus "There Goes My Life" doesn't make any sense to me, though. It talks about how we shouldn't always take things for granted, and how life is too short. It made me see, regardless, that we must take in every moment and cherish it! This song sounds good for young adults who are trying to figure themselves out and where they want to go in life!

I know this song is how Kenny feels right now. I just gave birth to his daughter on Sunday, the 27th at 8:57 am. Kendra and I are fine, but i know he'll never admit to her, he thinks we are a mistake. ( since I'm 24 and he's 40). I just pray he realizes we aren't and realizes how much we love him. Especially me. Kendra was a month and a half early so she just weighed 4 pounds. Its funny to me to hear him sing about diapers in this song and know he'll probably never change hers.
