  • My advice is read or the reviews and get on the forums there's a lot of really knowledgeble people on them, and i use them everytime i get stuck. Good luck!

  • Hey again Chris;

    The one thing I read, and like about the XM2, is that it records in 35mm............The bottom line for me is to get, for the money, the best "cinema/movie look"......any info??

    Tim.

  • I have your site now, in You Tube.................By the way, can you tell me what camera/cameras you have used in the making of this film?

    Thanks again;

    Tim...............torchidman

  • Hi Tim, used a Canon XM2 for the film, which I loved using although have now upgraded to an Sony EX1 for the next film. Ghost of a hit and run driver was filmed with this and it is superb, plus the capturing is much simpler and less time consuming.

  • Tks Chris.....By the way, do you know much about the camera, panasonic agdvc 20p?

    I own it, and it has only a 1/8" 3 ccd chip in it.

    I do not get quite the look that I feel I could in my films.............Tim.

  • Not familiar wiv that camera, but i don't think it's all about the look as you can change a lot with colour corection. and all manual cameras will allow you to play with depth of field. It's more about the content...is it compelling, is it in focus, and is the sound good. If yes to all three then that's all that matters. Although like a mate of mine said if you filmed real aliens landing on earth with an out of focus mobile phone with horrendous audio, it'd still be worth millions Chris

  • Ooo! I got my head in 4:22 priceless haha!! It's gonna be a cult movie definitely. We want another Chris Jupp movie now!!!

  • just to say that the part with the geese flying over deserves the sound of a shot gun put over the scene with the word "Pull"

  • These are some of the funnier moments during the filming of BEAST a full length feature film. Hopefully you can see how much fun was had on set during the making of the movie. Thanks to everyone involved, the film will be finished very soon

    Chris
