january will be my perm month too. I'll be 9 weeks post by then. I normally relax at 8. I do light protein every week with moisture and that has been helping. (Im only 6 weeks post right now). I don't have any breakage right now, only the usual everyday shedding.
Oh, gosh..don't tempt me, lol!! I am officially 9 wks now, and I am really tryna get to 12! I have seen so much less breakage...and my hair breaks a bit this time of year...so yay!!!
congrats, keep up the good work and sticking with your reggie, especially when stretching. Tweak a little according to your hair's needs. Other than that, everything should go just fine!
