このころのラウドネスはオールジャパンだったな～。EZOのMa­sakiにXのTAIJIとか贅沢なメンバー。このメンバーが揃­ってやってたなんて奇跡。ラウドネス初期の神オーラまではないが­、オールジャパン感が存分に出てる。Masakiの声はこの手の­バンドでは世界でも稀にみるくらい美しく大好きだが、活躍の場は­ラウドネスじゃなかったと思ってる。海外の有名バンドでやってハ­マるタイプだったと思う。ラウドネス好きの自分としてはとてもか­っこよくて嬉しかったんだけどね。TAIJIはラウドネスに向い­てたと思う。ルックスといいステージングといい演奏力といい申し­分なし。不敵な笑いをするときが好き。モニターに足を乗せたとこ­ろから曲に乗って後ろに下がるとことかボーカルやギターに寄り添­って演奏してる時はかなりクールだと思う。このうち２人がいない­なんて・・天命だから仕方ないけどさみしい。

Taiji (Bass) is originally from X-Japan, and Masaki (VO) from EZO. This is from late 90s when 2nd singer Mike Vescera left loudness and formed his solo project such as Reign of Terror and MVP (Michael Vescera Project)..

His name is Akira Takasaki and besides being a fantastic guitarplayer he is also the owner of his own guitar company. So he's sort of endorsing himself :)

Takagami?.... how about Eizo Sakamoto. thats the name ive heard since the 80's. and he is the best singer in the world, but Akio Shimizu isnt a better guitarist. in terms of musicianship and technique, Shimizu really only does classic rock and metal riffs while Takasaki does a lot more tapping, sweeping, and basic shred. recently, Akira's solos have been kinda...shred more than....shred..... i dont know. just not as technical as they used to be, but i still say he has more skill than Shimizu
