I do applaud your attempt at protecting yourself with US copyright law but this song is held under Japanese copyright laws which do not allow fair use in the same way and the US copyright laws do not protect you in this case. Also fair use in this case would mean the one doing the critique/research/comment has to first and foremost be you. You have to be a member of the press for the news reporting aspect and a licensed teacher for the rest. Good try though.

@trancepanda7 I've been listening to J-Pop for years and from what I can tell, Japanese artists use English lyrics: to flow better with the beats, to rhyme with the Japanese lyrics, to divide parts of the song, to announce the title, or simply to make an impact.
