The London Boys were pretty fit and put the woman totally out of her depth. She firstly disappears after about 1:30 when the Boys do their trademark flips "Well done chaps!" she shouts, then a minute later she's gone again, whilst the Boys go into another stomach-churning gymnastic routine. She returns again to declare "Great to be that fit" whilst catching up on her breath. By the end she just looks like she needs to sit down and throw up but he Boys don't even beak into a sweat!!!
