I havnt used my hotmail in ages, it was basically used for my xbox live account, and now my xbox profile got corrupted. seeming that i havnt used my hotmail in ages i forgot my password and now i cant download my profile. it is fking bull****, tried to recover my hotmail, they send me a message saying that i am not the owner of that account. wtf!

Fuck me sideways, I have the password, typed it in like a million times it doesn't work and not even my security question works, that has been the same since like birth.

i just try to recover my new hotmail account cause i forget its password . but when i finish typing the 6 character and click continue , its says wrong windows live ID but i use this email to play my games and it had no problem at all . what should i do??

HOTMAIL AND MICROSOFT ARE BULLSHIT! TIME TO PISS ON THEM!

1. I clicked for my "code" to be send to my phone and it is NEVER SEND!!!

2. Then I tried SEVERAL times to file the stupid forms and pressed SUBMIT only to be send to blank page.

3. The times I was able to press SUBMIT and succeed, I was shown AGAIN to the form and it was EMPTY AGAIN!!!

Password "recovery" is an INSULT TO INTELLIGENT PROGRAMMING.

They block VICTIMS of their INCOMPETENCE!!!

i try getting my proflie back on but i put the right password in and it said i didt put it in right and it happend on xbox live trying to recover my profle on xbox live and it said the same thing with my hotmail and now i tryed recovering it and it didt work

@TheLinkine similar things are happening to me right now but with the ps3 i need to recover the hotmail password but it won't let me when i type in the letters (the human check thingy) it fricken types in caps and the picture is in lower case so it won't let me in then i try the aduio and it says the user name is wrong????!!!!!!!! WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN????!!!!!

@MrArmyman444 it's always on caps as it should be, everything in the box are capsed so that's not the problem.. windows is the problem for fuck sakes

@runescapetube123 Ive got the sam FKIN problem! Even though they tell you you can reset your password, after recovery you still need your old password to resest it and add a new one! Have you sussed it yet because im sooo pissed.

@GamerzDream I didn't... I haven't used Hotmail in years... I'm not about to start using it now.

The instructions I found showed an option that I never got... to send to another email or something. And the other method was to open your email using Live Messenger with password already saved from before...

Anyway, I couldn't care less about hotmail, so I just dropped it.
