  • The boater hit and killed Britteny Lindt in Lewisville Lake in the summer of 2006. The case went to trial in October 2007. A 12-person Denton County, TX jury found him not-guilty of manslaughter. Britteny's family has established a non-profit corporation to raise awareness of water safety issues.
