  • always have been, always to be.... let's ride, suicide...

  • SATURNALIA AD THIS LINK PASTE IT aVl8tu8yZX0

  • Ya know what I really dig? I haven't seen people getting into Duli vs. Lanegan arguments like you would with other dual singer super groups. These two are gods of the 90s Alternative/Indie scene, and I'm glad to see no one arguing about which is better.

  • @losingmyreligion6767 sorry..seen an evening with Lanegan and Dulli live...wished Greg would stfu a lot of the time...Mark is way millions of miles better..

  • @dianmc wow... i wish i could see them live you lucky lucky fucker... but noooo Mark Lanegan and every other good 90s musician/band doesnt wanna come to florida...

  • @losingmyreligion6767 you're welcome to use our sofa if u can get to London..but tho I would love to see Gutter Twins which is way good..the evening with Lanegan/Dulli ...though very good..was too much about Greg for me...I preferred the gigs with just Mark at the Scala and Union Chapel and Soulsavers at ATP..even with the crap sound and talking idiots...he is awesome..feel free to turn up if stuff happens here

  • @dianmc hah if i can get a ticket to london and a ticket to the show expect me to find out where you are! xD but id just like to see anything lanegan involved... except qotsa...

  • @losingmyreligion6767 if u get a ticket to a Lanegan gig here, I'll tell u where we live, I have a big sofa..ask many of my Mike Patton friends lol...lots of them have used it from all over..Oz, NZ, USA and here too :)))

  • @dianmc rock n fuckin roll my musical brother!

  • @losingmyreligion6767 sister lol..it's Diane :))) Same to you and have a fab weekend.

  • <3

  • anyone else get the feeling that if this had been released say 1994 1995 it would have sold like 10 million copies.

  • great, beautiful song. ...mark lanegan reminds me of will ferrill, though.

  • @mattcox725 stop saying that. no one should use mark lanegans name in the same sentence with will ferrell. blasphemous and wrong. I guess he could be the ferrell clown's evil dark brooding twin.

  • @mattcox725 haha, me too, and I don't think we're the only ones.XD

  • ♥ love this song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love the song and video, anybody know who the dude is body popping randomly in the background?!

  • @nebulaaah your dad

  • @pistraurder Oh yes, thanks for pointing that out. He is just like my dad!

  • @nebulaaah yeah I know. sorry I had to be the one to tell you this. but see, your dad hates you and doesn't let you know a lot of things. he is actually this amazing performer who is rich and world famous. he make cameos in a lot of music videos. like yesterday when he told you he had a dentist appointment, he was actually having lunch with bono. now you know.

  • Video does't keep up with the song, which is simply great

  • from one of the best records ever made, no understatement.

  • You can't fail when you got Lanegan in the vocal duties... Dark track and video. Seems one of those David Lynch films...

  • greatest musicians alive today

  • I cannot understand one thing.. For me they are not handsome at all - the first looks like Fred Flinstone, another one like the son of Dr Frankenstein, but they are THE SEXIEST MEN in the world!

  • @szczurekamila lol @ Fred Flintstone!

  • @szczurekamila since when did sex appeal have anything to do with looks?

  • @zuss10r you're right, yea.

  • @zuss10r - im gonna have to quote you at some point, thanks for that gem.

  • Great track

  • i can t believe i m seeing this for the first time. this is amazing

  • Album just gets better and better, same as most of Dulli's stuff. And Lanegan is just King.

  • such a brilliant record, its like stained silver. but the strains are beautiful designs as well.

  • great just great i love his voice its much sadder than when he sanf for the afgan whig days

  • sooooooooooo gooooooooooooooddddddd - dam

  • Mark might have the voice, but Greg has the soul!

    We are in this together!

  • I love Mark Lanegan. I would rather hear a new Lanegan album than a new gutter twins album. Dulli clearly is a good buddy - but musically he's out of his league.

  • @bobbypfalcon i hope the 10 months since posting this message has brought some clarity to your lost soul. Greg "musically out of his league?" wow, you clearly are delusional.

  • ever seen easy rider? the cementery scene...

  • Looped this for about half hour.. So I'll tell you my story.. bad ass

  • the guy dancing in the cemetery reminded me to bECK HAHHAHAHAH

  • Seeing these two together makes me feel like the late 80s and early 90s are still with me.Its a good feeling.

  • very nice

  • Saturnalia is on my "top ten albums ever"-list.

  • don't the smashing pumpkins have a song or album called saturnalia?

  • Maybe you're thinking of SP's song 'Saturnine'?

  • soooo glad they finally put this album out,'twas a long time comin'

  • Good lyrics/good song

  • guess we all agree. these men are gods

  • @lostandwounded not really gods, just normal guys who make totally awesome art and love doing it. I think Mark and a lot of his friends have been trying to buck the God references ever since they broke through to wider audiences...

  • dont forget about dulli! twilight singers, afghan whigs, dulli is the writer, this is why i have followed him to the gutter twins.

  • I like that song. Troy Van Leeuwen does wonderful job on this song. And still Saturnalia is one of the best albums i have heard.

  • just amazing. good to see lanegan left qotsa. this is music for adults :)

  • gutter twins freaken rock!! my fav song off this stunning album!!!

  • best last year's song :)

  • Wow! I feel like I just watched Angel Heart and Blue Velvet back to back in four and a half minutes.

  • Darkest album of the year... sometimes... dark is good.. sometimes dark is brilliant... real people feel emotions and that is what this album delivers. Gentlemen, thank you for the brilliant darkness...

  • Brilliant darkness! Awesome! That fits GT!

  • @nitebrdr Real people? Is there some other kind?

  • @wojtek0000 depends on how you a define a 'person'. I myself like to stick the hollow wannabe types into a category labeled 'sheep' rather than 'people. but I guess it all depends on how deep you want to take the subject.

  • @MrNewpants Ok. I know exactly what you mean. Most folks then.

  • oh and crime & the city solution and mick harvey

  • well not that different, deUs, Howling Wolf, Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen, Alain Bashung, Diavologum, Richard Ruin, Screaming Jay Hawkins-

Hell sounds like fun all of the sudden.

  • love this vid love this song its so surreal and those voices those fuckin voices the epitimey of sadness hail hail gutter twins

  • greg dulli =legend

  • nice song

  • man I love this , is he rich? he seems like the kind of guy who doesnt care about making money off of music..im talking about mark

  • I'll assume he's got a fair bit of money, he's been on a lot of records. But yeah, I'm also assuming he wouldn't give a fuck either way.

    Lanegan ftw.

  • The Gutter Twins and New Orleans...love it.

  • WHAT A VOICE!

  • It is nice with a band that dares to be different for a change. GT deserve more attention.

  • hermoso tema!!!!

    que gran voz!!!!

  • Patience pays off in the end.

  • This rules! I didn't think the collabo would ever really happen.

  • Yesss,right!!!

    Kind of Tom Waits...

    What a perfect deal!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are what we need

  • It's great to finally see the long promised collaboration between Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan.

  • this is a brialliant album.

the guy dancind around looks just like mitch hedberg.

  • amazing song !

  • This song has such a feeling of urgency and dread. So powerful and foreboding. Brilliant, epic track. Hail The Gutter Twins.

  • feel as they r going to hell?dark

  • insomnia ,alcool,end of a smoky night,the end,my friend

  • This is both dark and light at the same time! Love it! Lanegans' voice was made of darkness, smoke and years óf being close to the abyss. The only thing that lights up this tune is Dullis' singing.

I love it! So mysterious and dark, like a evil carusell or a carnival gone mad. May Lanegan never quit the smoking or the whisky!

  • kind of tom waits and dEUS..great

  • This song is so nice, and so sad :(

  • this is so awsome it breaks my heart

  • god! these guys are fucking great! Dulli and Lanegan are Gods!

  • Mark Lanegan, he is best known from Queens of the Stone Age

  • Nah..He's best known for being in the Screaming Trees

  • Well that's true. For those that remember that far back anyway

  • LOL!

  • dark, the world is dark. The gutter twins brings that out into the light for all to see. Oh how dark. So f'n dark. damn.

  • Who knew Will Ferrell was so dark?

  • exactly MarionIA07 dat guys looks like will ferrell

  • oh man ur right. thats crazy!!

  • Very nice!! I need to pick up the record.

  • Mark Lanegan still rocks
