EA recently dropped all online support for skate 1, 2 and 3. No online features of Skate 3 work anymore for several months. ditto command and conquer was much more awesome when it was present day. i played C&C 4 tiberium wars on xbox, not only were the controls clunky but it kinda failed in general.
Simcity = Awesome, my old 386SX computer ran it like a champ but had a glitched mouse so when I did hairy kairy on my own city it saved it in its destruction ;..; took me a good week or so getting the city back on its feet.
Simcity 2 = Garbage, Didnt like it at all
Simcity 3 = Awesome, loved the import city feature from Simcity 2 to Simcity 3. You could give your city alot of money in Simcity 2 and then port it over and keep that money for Simcity 3.
EA does certainly ruin everything. The traditional "build a base a defend yourself" has be completely destroyed by EA. Base building it what made C&C so fun. A well organized base in the face of your enemies could potentially lower their moral and it was also important for damage control, being able to pivot your forces around a certain point (wall building) to defend against your attacker.

@ renardo333, the original Sims had 7 expansion packs. At least EA decided to release a package that contained all of them in one box, which reduced the cost 2 years later. It may be another 2 years till they release a Sims 2 Collection pack, but right now I'm not spending money on a game which has EIGHT expansion packs along with NINE booster packs. You think the normal Sims had a lot of expansion packs; Sims 2 ha(d) much more, and if you decide to buy them, your money will be going walkies...
