How I can change the fonts? because I don't like so much the Kde fonts

how did you change the start menu ? plzzz

@duroursu hello, well I was recollecting my ideas for:

1st replace the menu kick off button fro kde..go to new muon sofwre center and type in search Lancelot..this is the new menu for kde..much faster and visually better

2nd to change visual desktop..go to desktop settings and change regular settings for cube animation and faster effects when closing a window piccking explosion..

how did you setup the main menu like that?...the standard Kubuntu UI is different....your is cooler....I like the transparency effects
