Hang on, after cutting through the 2X4 twice, you are supposed to check the most battered part of the edge is still shaving sharp (to the judges satisfaction).

Where do they get hemp rope these days?
I want to try cutting 4 or 5, 1" free hanging ropes tied together at once.
That vice bend is freaky.
You know the knife won't break, but it's still freaky.
I bent one of mine back and forth to 90 degrees 12 times each way just to see how much abuse it would take.
It broke on the 12th bend.
These hand forged knives we make are amazing.
They still blow me away.
